Manpower of Richmond was founded in 1966 by Geneva L. Allen and stands as one of the few third-generation franchises in Manpower Inc.'s history. For over five decades, the Allen family has owned and operated the employment services franchise, with Geneva's son and grandchildren joining as operating managers over the years. They have expanded into offices in Portland and New Castle to better serve local businesses across Eastern Indiana.
